Row Classes

Our classes are for all levels, offering 35-60 minute rowing workouts designed to challenge, inspire and perspire; all on the sleek and proven Concept2 Model D Rower. Each class is capped at 10 people so everyone can get the individual attention they need. All classes are first-come, first-served, so please sign-up online to reserve your spot and show up about 5 minutes early. If you are brand new to rowing, we suggest signing up for our free Concepts class; we will teach you the fundamentals of rowing in order to set you up for success. Or if you would rather jump right in, arrive to your first class about 10-15 minutes early and we will give you a quick tutorial.

The best of both worlds: lift and row. This 60 minute class spends equal time with Russian-style kettlebell training and focused distance pieces on the rowers. The perfect blend of grind and burn, Iron and Ergs will leave you spent and satisfied in the very best kind of way. 

Ready, Set, Row!

Monday-Friday

35 minutes to get in and row your ass off! The perfect quick workout, this class is designed to fit seamlessly into your busy schedule. The rows are shorter and more intense, the mat work scaled to the edges of your own individual ability. 

Rocket Row

Thursday
6:00pm – 7:00pm

Your workout, your pace. No distractions, no pressure.  Turn down the lights, turn up the music, and just get at it. Rocket Row is the class for those who want to be able to work on their own individual training needs while still benefiting from the momentum that group rowing brings. Need to work on technique? Endurance? Speed? Try a 10k? You will be set up with a workout that focuses on that specific goal, all done under the eye of a coach that is there to make sure you are working towards that end. Push as hard as you want or take your time. While your neighbor might be working on something completely different, you will be working towards those goals together. And together we are stronger. (Rowers are the only training equipment used in this class) 

 

Concepts

Saturday
9am

Our free learn-to-row class intended to introduce new rowers to the fundamentals of rowing on the Concept2 Indoor Rower. Limited to 1 class per new client. 

Row 'n' Flow

Friday
5:15pm - 6:00pm (Starts in May)

Wind up and wind down. This class integrates rowing intervals with a series of ground-based movements that culminate in one final, aggressive flow.
