Row Classes

Our classes are for all levels, offering 35-60 minute rowing workouts designed to challenge, inspire and perspire; all on the sleek and proven Concept2 Model D Rower. Each class is capped at 10 people so everyone can get the individual attention they need. All classes are first-come, first-served, so please sign-up online to reserve your spot and show up about 5 minutes early. If you are brand new to rowing, we suggest signing up for our free Concepts class (temporarily suspended due to Pandemic); we will teach you the fundamentals of rowing in order to set you up for success. Or if you would rather jump right in, arrive to your first class about 10-15 minutes early and we will give you a quick tutorial.

THE Class

Tuesday 7:30am

Saturday 10:00am

Yes, we are that audacious. Bridging the best of both worlds, this 60 minute class spends equal time with Russian-style kettlebell training and focused distance pieces on the rowers. The perfect blend of grind and burn, THE Class will leave you spent and satisfied in the very best kind of way.

The Sprint

Monday-Friday
Not currently offered,returning this fall!

35 minutes to get in and row your ass off! The perfect quick workout, this class is designed to fit seamlessly into your busy schedule. The rows are shorter and more intense, the ground work scaled to the edges of your own individual ability.

The Swing

Monday and Wednesday
6:30am and 6:00pm

Sunday
10:00am

In rowing, the swing refers to the unspoken but tangible sync in rhythm between rowers. It is a true flow state in which power feels effortless and transcendent. In this rowing only class, we utilize specific strategies to work though the longest distances of the week. Its an aerobic endeavor that is anything but monotonous, and leaves rowers with a greater sense of confidence about pushing through longer efforts. Prepare to sweat. A lot.

The Drive

Thursday
7:30am

The only rowing-free offering of the week, The Drive has clients stepping away from the erg to focus entirely on the ins and outs of well executed kettlebell training. Rebel employs Strong First methods to challenge participants to move with precision and grace, and all participants regardless of experience are encouraged to join.

The Recovery

Friday
6:30am, and 5:15pm

At the end of the week, we rinse. Going all in all the time is futile and unsustainable, and so we finish our workweek with a series of workouts that intend to unwind the body and refresh the mind. Pacing is scaled back and ground movements draw from multiple movement disciplines to leave participants feeling “rinsed” of their weekly stresses.
