Seattle born and California raised, Adam was immersed in two seminal counter-cultures from a young age; Southern California punk and big mountain snowboarding. Never one to sit quietly, Adam carried this rebellious ethos with him throughout his education at Cornell University and eventually to his landing here in idyllic Asheville. It was here that he  decided to rewrite the standard fitness paradigm by creating a space that is equally intelligent and bold. Results based fitness with the balls to say it.

"Learning to row was one of the best decisions of my life". First introduced to rowing as a teenager in New Jersey, Eliza went on to stroke a boat placing in 5th on the national level. A multifaceted athlete, she also competed regionally in tennis and obtained a top 30 ranking in the Mid-Atlantic region. Eliza's love for rowing now finds her competing as a Masters Rower with the Asheville Rowing Club as "often as life allows". As a coach, she uses her athletic spirit to help people find their own "inner competitor", and truly believes that rowing is a sport that develops mental and physical strength unlike any other.
