REBEL ROW

Our namesake class, 45 heart pumping minutes of rowing intervals punctuated with focused mat work designed to hit every muscle. Its the complete package, all wrapped up with a bespoke playlist that will drive your every stroke.

IRON & ERGS

The Best of both worlds: lift and row.  this 60 minute class spends equal time with russian-style kettlebell training and focused distance pieces on the rowers. the perfect blenD of grind and burn, iron and ergs will leave you spent and satisfied in the very best kind of way.

READY, SET, ROW!

35 minutes to get in and row your ass off! The perfect quick workout, this class is designed to fit seamlessly into your busy schedule. The rows are shorter and more intense, the mat work scaled to the edges of your own individual ability.

CONCEPTS

Our free 25 min. learn-to-row class intended to introduce new rowers to the fundamentals of rowing on the concept2 indoor rower. Limited to 1 class per new client. (pre-registration online required)

ONCE PROHIBITIVELY EXPENSIVE, PERSONAL TRAINING HAS THANKFULLY RESCINDED ITSELF FROM THE STRATOSPHERIC PRICING THAT MADE IT SUCH A LUXURY. THIS IS LARGELY BECAUSE OF THE SEMI-PRIVATE OPTION. IT ALLOWS YOU TO OBTAIN THE TAILER MADE WORKOUTS AND INSTRUCTION THAT MAKE TRAINING SO VALUABLE ALL WHILE KEEPING THE COST PER SESSION MUCH MORE AFFORDABLE. 

AT REBEL, WE CAP SESSIONS AT 4 PEOPLE. THE WORKOUT YOU WILL BE DOING WILL BE YOURS AND YOURS ALONE. EVERY LIFT AND MOVEMENT WILL BE CHOSEN BECAUSE OF WHO YOU ARE AND WHERE YOU WANT TO BE. THIS ISN'T ANOTHER REVOLUTION OF SOME ILL CONCEIVED FITNESS FAD, THIS IS SMART AND PROVEN STRENGTH TRAINING. YOU'LL BE MAKING USE OF BARBELLS, KETTLEBELLS, DUMBELLS, SLEDS AND YOUR OWN BODYWEIGHT ALL WHILE UNDER THE STRICT SUPERVISION OF A TRAINER THAT CAN EDUCATE JUST AS MUCH AS THEY CAN INSPIRE.
